Welcome to the riding school and
Congratulations on beginning your riding
journey! By starting with Burgeon Sport Horses,
you will not only have the opportunity to be
introduced to the world of Eventing and
Dressage but you will learn a solid foundation in
being a great Horseman/ Horsewoman.
Horsemanship is the bedrock of our program!
As you spend time in the program you and/ or your
children can get a feel of what is involved in riding
and owning horses. Should you want to move
forward, students are encouraged to fully lease or
purchase a horse of their own.
Beginner lesson packages are intended for students
who are learning to ride and not yet jumping and/
or jumping very small fences (beginner jumping).
Once a student is competently handling, grooming
and jumping x-rails, they are encouraged to
purchase or fully lease a horse.
